The room is modern and designed so well it makes other hotels even luxury ones look mediocre. Everything is clean, a lot of space, big working table, and the bathroom is just magnificent. Definitely will book here again when I'm back in Vancouver.

The room was spacious but lacked privacy from the outdoor pool. While the outside area isn't the best, it's close to the airport, making it a great hotel before a flight.

Staff were amazing when I asked for help, the corner king room was spectacular, the food from Bruno for room service delicious, and the bed so comfortable. The difficulties for me were navigating self-parking, navigating the immediate area, multiple valet areas around the building with no one in front of Versante, and no help moving luggage (I had many bags) except for a caddy which had a wonky wheel but did help me get the job done, or help outside. I did get lost going around the block driving from self-park to valet which put me almost all the way to YVR terminal - Would highly recommend using GPS even if you’re circling the block. Overall, I’d recommend staying here knowing that staff are so kind and the facility is so visually fun. Oh! And heated bathroom floor!
