Great location, lovely host.

This is a lovely apartment in a great location. Close enough to all the wonderful sights of Venice, yet quiet on an evening. Massimo is great, so very helpful. Nothing seems to be too much trouble.

Exceptional!

This is an exceptional property with a wonderful host. It's much larger than it appears in the photos, clean, and well-equipped. We found the universal power adapter particularly helpful and we've never seen that before in any rental accommodation. Terrific friendly and helpful host to greet us too. Excellent communication and very patient with my phone issues. Highly recommended, in a great location in Venice.

Amazing stay

It’s clear why Massimo is a highly rated host; he was very helpful and was quick to answer any questions we had. He had great recommendations for places to eat and things to do. The apartment is in a great location that’s very near a wonderful square and only a short walk from Rialto. We would gladly stay here again.

Venice at its Best

Our stay in Venice was wonderful. Massimo provided detailed info on how to find apartment and greeted us when we arrived. He gave us info on places to visit, eat and relax. Location was the best and we would definitely stay here again. Wonderful apartment and wonderful host!!

Perfect Location and Perfect Host

This spacious and well-equipped apartment is in a great location with main transportation and excellent restaurants and gelato nearby. Massimo, the host, goes above and beyond to make you feel at home, communicates well, makes reservations for you, and helped us arrange a taxi to bring us close to the apartment so my mother didn’t have to walk far. Would highly recommend staying here!

Wonderful Stay in Venice!

Massimo was extremely helpful during my stay and whenever I had questions regarding the city or the apartment, he replied promptly. Everything was wonderful, he was very thorough in giving us recommendations of restaurants and attractions to visit! He was kind and attentive and we enjoyed our stay here very much. Only thing we disliked is not staying in Venice for a little while longer. It was a 10 min walk to Rialto and around 15min to St. Mark’s Basilica, with many restaurants around so it was very convenient. We could not have asked for a better host!

Fantastic location amazing apartment excellent host

We were surprised with the modernness of the apartment and how well stocked it was. Massimo met us late one evening because our train was late and he gave us a warm welcome and a lot of information. He was very responsive and his restaurant recommendations were fantastic! The location was excellent. The heat worked very well. We would stay again and highly recommend this apartment.

Wonderful apartment, host and location

Excellent choice

We loved staying in a less touristic neighbourhood. The apt is opposite a school and there are evening classes in the gym - it's a community hub. The bakery is yards from the door and the Co-op isn't far away. Massimo lives in another apt in the property and is an absolute mine of information - his family are Venetians of many generations. We're already looking forward to returning,

Lovely Apartment in a peaceful area. Excellent host.

A lovely autumnal week in beautiful Venezia. The apartment is very much as described, everything you need - plenty of space and is located in a quiet and traditional neighbourhood. Access to the apartment couldn't be easier, a 5 minute walk from either the second or third stop on the Alilaguna Airport Ferry/Bus (35 - 40 mins from Airport). There is an excellent bakers about 20 metres away, with some nice cafes, bars and restaurants all really close. The local eateries offer excellent food and value for money Easy walking distance to the popular sights - but also the more traditional and perhaps less seen and quieter parts of the area. Massimo is a lovely host and couldn't be more helpful - he is contactable if you need any help or guidance. We had a great week and would happily recommend. Grazie mille!!

Perfect apartment

This is the perfect apartment and host. Massimo provides everything you need to stay in Venice; map, places to visit and eat, map of vaparetto route etc. and is prepared to answer any questions. Kitchen is fully equipped, lovely cotton sheets on beds. He met us upon arrival and helped with luggage. Apartment is very clean. There was not a hot tub as advertised. I can't say enough good things about our host and apartment. Would definitely stay again if we come back to Venice.

Great place to stay

Great location. Short walk to Saint Mark's Basilica and Rialto bridge. We enjoyed the bakery that was steps from the apartment and there were many places to eat nearby. There is a small grocery store that is a 5 minute at most away. Our host was very helpful in guiding us to the apartment when we got lost when 1st arriving. We had plenty of room and the air conditioning worked great. Our host supplied a map which is essential for finding your way and also guided us to look not just at the map but land mark's to find your way. The apartment was quiet at night and during the day. We had a wonderful stay.

The best stay ever!

I booked at the beginning of February 2020. We know what happened then. Massimo was so helpful in accommodating me change the dates several times when pandemic restrictions meant travelling was challenging. The apartment is beautiful. Everything you could need is provided for. It is spotlessly clean. Massimo gave us fabulous advice on the bakery, shops etc. We stayed close to the city centre and getting to the apartment from the airport was a breeze as Massimo sent perfect instructions. It felt like we got to be Venetians for a few days with our very own slice of Venetian heaven. Thank you Massimo !

Perfect Venice apartment

My family of 6 stayed here very comfortably. My mom was with us and she lived near Venice at one point, this apartment got her stamp of approval :-). Location is excellent and the host is fantastic. Great recommendations of places to visit and eat from the host. I will stay here again when I return to Venezia for sure!

The host Massimo communicated with us with very helpful information throughout our booking. He was there to greet us when we arrived and helped with our luggage. Massimo had a map ready for us with places to visit and restaurants to eat at marked clearly. We were able to contact him at any time should we need anything but everything was perfect. Everything was very close in walking distance including the Rialto bridge and San Marco Square. A perfect place to stay. Top marks for Massimo.

Amazing appartement!!! Can’t beat the location too!!!

This has been one of my most favorite places I have stayed with airbnb. The space itself was Very clean, in the middle of Venice and yet very quiet, within walking distance to anything you would like to do in town!!! And one of the best bakery just around the corner!! Massimo was very welcoming and nice!! Best host ever!!Would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants an amazing stay in Venice!!!
