The property was located in a nice quiet area. The hotel and room were very clean, nicely appointed and conveniently located for the Alilaguna stop. The room and bathroom were generous in size which was much appreciated. The staff were friendly and helpful, gave us a wonderful recommendation to eat, Casa Bonita. I would definitely stay here again. I'd like to add, I am extremely picky about where I stay, and I was more than satisfied with my stay.

We loved our stay at Carnival Palace Hotel excellent service from Marco at front desk was very kind and helpful hotel is in Cannaregio area about 20 min walk to St Marks square Venice is a very walkable hotel was very clean bed very comfortable great breakfast included excellent service only neg was wifi did not work in room lots of little restaurants to sit and eat outside along Fondamenta Cannaregio food was amazing at Algi Archi highly recommend a stay at this hotel

Carnival Palace was a dream to stay at. The location was just a 10 minute walk to the train station which was fantastic, and from the property you could walk to any destination within venice in 30 minutes. The actual location is just off of the busier streets which was a big plus in my eyes. The room was incredibly comfortable as well the view of the courtyard was fantastic. The staff were all super friendly as well and always willing to give a great recommendation for dinner. I would highly recommend staying here.

Great location! It was away from the chaos of Venice but we loved it! We walked everywhere and really got a good feel for the city. Georgio in the bar was an amazing person! Gave us so many good tips and taught us all about the different Campari drinks! Also, Clement the night front desk host was a pleasure to speak with! He taught us so much about the Venetian history and Italy in general. Very pleasant stay

Staff were welcoming and friendly and took our bags as we arrived early, allowing us to explore the area. The room was gorgeous, and breakfast, for an additional cost, was delicious and set us up for the day. Great location away from the crowds. The staff were very nice. The room had a great view and was in a quieter area. This hotel is in a great location with bakeries, restaurants and shops nearby. Would definitely recommend!

Everything was excellent but the location was the best part. Close enough to train station making it easy to get to hotel on first day with luggage (10 min walk). It is in front of the canal with water bus stop to St Marcos and to Murano in less than 2 min walk. It is far from main streets which helped for quiet good night sleep (went to bed 9pm due to time change). Staff was very friendly and helpful.. like everyone of them. Breakfast was not excellent but good enough (I had better ones in other 4 star hotels around Europe). There are two elevators which made it easy to go up and down. Overall, this is a hotel I would recommend to anyone who is looking for similar needs.

Our stay was excellent with the friendly frontdesk team specially Mr. Marco how was so helpful and supportive in all the occassions. In addition to the free upgrade of our room to a canal view superior room, arranging a soomth transportation from/to the Marco Polo Airport, reserving a table for dining in and manymore. The rest of the frontdesk team were also helpful with always a nice simle.
