Nice location, 15 min. walk from the train station. Our room was clean and comfortable with a view on the canal. No breakfast but there are lots of options nearby. Be aware that you have to check-in in advance in order to get the code to enter the property. The check-in counter is in another hotel and the staff is really friendly and helpful. This property was amazingly good, however there wasnt any shower gel/soap on arrival. Its conveniently close to great dining options and the water taxi. If i were to visit Venice again i would stay here again. Note, there are no elevators so you will have to use the staircase with your suitcase.

Everything is excellent. Except for the noise in the adjacent room. We can here everything. Especially at 4am when intimate relationship happened. The light also reflect in our room from underneath the door.

The view was fantastic. The key is not easy to open the door. No instructions for the TV Had to contact staff about the mini split(s) in the room.

The best place to stay!Room was like 5star hotels. Air conditioning was open when we entered the room and it was so good, cause we did have to stay in hot room. Room was extra clean. No mosquitoes! Coffee / tea / bottle water.

Property as advertised, clean with balcony overlooking canal and square. Excellent air conditioning. Fridge and cupboards. No reception so have to check in at sister hotel about 1km away. Can leave bags at other hotel. Very friendly staff. Easy access and good location. Would stay again. Quiet.

Excellent apartment & location

We really enjoyed our stay at Fosca Venice Rooms, location was great not far from the station in a nice quiet area, although it’s above a bar it’s a quiet bar & we didn’t hear any noise. The top floor apartment was amazing, clean & tidy with a balcony over the canal. Easy clear check in with luggage storage at the hotel not far from the apartment with friendly helpful staff - would definitely recommend, thank you for letting us stay

Clean, well kept rooms in a safe area. Reception desk is at another location. Beds are very low to the floor which could be a problem for some. Wasn't for us. Close to many shops and restaurants. Twenty minute walk to the Doge's Palace and St. Mark's Basilica and Square.
