Staff great and breakfast but

The location was great and check-in was fast. However, our room had a broken or non-working AC, and I got bitten by mosquitoes several times — about ten bites just on my hand — which I’m pretty sure made me sick for the next two days. The staff were amazing though; they helped me recover my lost bag after the airport misplaced it. The TV was oddly off-center and playing some random 90s history channel in German (or maybe Italian). The sea view was nice but unbearably hot in the morning with the sun rise! Also amazing breakfast service!

Solid breakfast and dinner. The best location for the beach. Below average room conditions and sound isolation; old and neglected room items, e.g., moldy shower cabin silicone, lack of shower shelf for shampoos, etc.

This place is horrible, when we check in I reported that AC wasn’t working and they didn’t have personnel to fix it because we checked in late like 8 pm local time. I was offer a fan for that night. Next morning I spoke to management and they promised to fixed for our second night. Came back late on our second day and find out AC was never serviced or even bothered to say I’m sorry. They didn’t care. Breakfast is horrible, eggs bad taste, no one was eating the eggs, bacon was not cooked well enough, toaster for the bread was broken, milk for coffee expired. They’re changing 12 euros for bad food. If I could give this place a Minus 100 stars I would. Very disappointed and not recommended. Going to dispute all charges during my stay

As soon as we arrived, we noticed that the internet was very slow, and our work depends on it. We went to the front desk, and he said we were the first to complain about the internet. That night, when I went to take a shower, the bathroom drain was clogged and the water wouldn't go down; it simply flooded the entire bathroom. My husband went to the front desk again, and he said he couldn't do anything at that moment because the maintenance wasn’t there.The only thing he could do was offering a mop for us to clean. That we wouldn't have maintenance until the next morning. That's exactly what happened. The next morning, maintenance came and fixed the problem. The manager, Sabrina, was very attentive to me in the morning and apologized for the inconvenience. Other than that, the hotel was good. I think if I could make one suggestion, it would be to have people work nights, especially in the summer.

The cabin off the main hotel was beautiful! The hotel restaurant is delicious and you step outside to the beach or the bus stop to head to Venice!

Excellent hotel but more dated than the pictures look. Rooms are large but you can hear conversations from other rooms. Great to have a beach across the road - weather permitting, of course. It's also nice to stay away from Venice island but have access to it. Ferry no. 14 is the most direct way to get to San Marco in 10 minutes, but make sure you go in the right direction. The rooftop bar is lovely when open. The only downside is the breakfast which, contrary to other reviews, was quite bland and stale and didn't have much variety. We stayed in quite a few hotels during our trip and breakfast here was one of the worst. Perhaps cleaning the breakfast area frequently could be useful as the floor used to get sticky with children splashing juice when using the juice dispenser. Another review mentioned that there was prosecco at breakfast - yes, there is for 6 euros a glass but I never saw anyone drinking it.

The hotel is on the island of Lido about a 40 minute taxi boat ride away from Venice. We didn't realize just how far away it is, it's not a convenient place to visit Venice. HOWEVER, the hotel is Beautiful and is literally on the beach. There is something about walking along the shore of the Adriatic Sea. The beds were comfortable, and rooms large for Italy.

Located on the small island of Lido. It's a lovely hotel right across from the beach. It's only about a 20 minute walk from the main dock. (SME) Lovely and charming. With a nice rooftop bar and Pizza restaurant attached. The breakfast is also delicious. A great selection of typical "American Tourists" Eggs, Bacon, Sausage. But a lot of choices for breakfast for different palates. We'd definitely stay again.

Quiet, spacious, comfortable hotel.

We stayed here in March 2025, in one of the top-floor apartment rooms. It was very spacious, comfortable and clean. The breakfast was great (especially the coffee!) The hotel's location in Lido is quiet and relaxing, with considerably fewer people around. I would say that the bar is somewhat over-priced (perhaps this is a Venice issue), but I had cheaper drinking in other hotels on my trip. The hotel's restaurant was good, and reasonably-priced (we had pizza). Also shoutout to the barman, he was great!
