the room was too small for us, I chose a suite (as we are a couple travelling with a son) .i guess a regular room could have been unlivable, cause the suite was very uncomfortable for us 3

Everything about this hotel was perfect. Staff were unfailingly helpful and courteous. The room was beautiful, bathroom was spotlessly clean.
The bar was comfortable, quiet and a perfect place to relax after a day in the city’s streets.
Breakfast was amazing, again the staff were so helpful and pleasant. Excellent location, steps from St Mark’s Square and easily walkable to the other sights. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel, we wish we could have stayed longer! Perfect!

The staff was absolutely the most courteous, professional and helpful that i have encountered in my global travels. A great hotel in Venice, close to St Marks Square.
