The apartment is located on the 3rd floor, accessible by lift or stairs, just 7 minutes walk from the San Zaccaria vaporetto stops, from which you can reach Piazzale Roma and the railway, and the Hospital and Fondamente Nove stops, from which you can easily reach any other destination, including the islands of Murano and Burano. Check-ins are possible from 3 pm to 7 pm. Later check-ins are possible by prior agreement and with a supplement of €30.00 for arrivals by 10 pm or €50.00 by 11 pm. At check-in, the tourist tax of €5 per person per night will be required and a rental contract will be completed and signed, which will also include the details of a credit card in the guests' name as a guarantee for damages. The published price includes the commissions which are the responsibility of the guest.
