The property was beautiful although could use some updating. The overall staff were friendly and helpful. The food was good. Nightly entertainment needs improvement.
The beach was no good for swimming. The service staff most times spoke no English making it difficult to communicate, especially for items like missing towels in bathroom, extra pillows, non working room phone. It usually took a long time to get the items due to communication. The hotel should take time to provide classes for all staff to learn English, no matter in what capacity they are employed as they do have to interact with the guests, most of whom appear to be English speaking.

The property was amazing. The staff is attentive and friendly. They are very accommodating. They go out of your way to help you have the best experience at the hotel.
