Not a place for 5⭐-travelers... But ideal for... One night place to crash, backpackers on a budget.. or last place if other hotels are overbooked. - no restaurant, no other towels but just one basic. Good location and------- basically a bare bones hotel..

Wonderful people and service, clean, quiet and near to good restaurants and beach and by following the habor boardwalk 15 min. you are in the city center near the cathedral...i had a great time and would come back anytime in this hotel.

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful (they assisted me with getting a taxi to the airport when I was having trouble.) Overall, the value for the price was great. The room/hotel was decently clean and the shower had hot water. One thing to note is there aren’t bedside lamps or charging ports for your phone. It is very close to the Malecón.

It was all good until it was time to turn on the ac it didwork so i went to tell the desk girl about it and all she said was you would've said it early is late and she had an attitude really rude

La habitación olía horrible y no quisieron cambiarnos de cuarto aunque era temporada baja. Nada recomendable, muebles, toallas y sábanas viejos, sucios. El internet es muy lento.

El hotel a ido mejorando poco a poco, y se agradece mucho. Nos gusta la ubicación, está limpio, y el personal también es amable. Elegimos repetidas ocasiones este hotel porque está adecuado y accesible en varios aspectos. Pero aún hay detalles que considerar. Por ejemplo los lavamanos se ven viejitos, y el grifo es tan grande que salpica todo lo de afuera y se escurre hasta el piso. Las cortinas tienen algunos hoyitos xq ya están maltratadas, y las puertas se oye todo el ruido del pasillo. Lamentablemente nos tocó mal tiempo y el hotel se quedó sin luz y por lo tanto no hubo tampoco internet. Y lo que pudimos percibir es que no están preparados para estos eventos adecuadamente, ya que así tuvimos que pasar nuestro último día de estancia, las 24 HRS. Y aún cuando nos íbamos seguían igual. Lamentablemente ese día fue de regalo de la plataforma por ser una recompensa, pero que no se pudo disfrutar adecuadamente .ya que era aparte nuestro día .........
