L'appartement est idéalement situé, à deux pas de l'embarcadère pour visiter le lac Majeur et les îles Borromée. De nombreux commerces accessibles à pied à quelques minutes de l'appartement, dont une bonne pizzeria et une excellente gelateria ! Un supermarché est également situé juste en bas.A deux pas du centre ville animé et très agréable de Verbania.On peut donc tout faire à pied, sans voiture, ce qui est très appréciable.L'appartement en lui-même est calme, propre, bien équipé, les lits sont confortables. Un rideau un peu plus épais dans la chambre des enfants serait un plus, pour empêcher la lumière d'entrer le matin ;)Davide est un hôte charmant et disponible, très réactif, qui donne plein de bons conseils, n'hésitez pas à lui demander.L'accès à l'appartement n'est pas simple la première fois qu'on arrive, il faut bien suivre les explications données, qui heureusement sont très claires. Comme mentionné dans l'annonce, le parking ne convient qu'à une petite voiture, mais (en avril) le stationnement gratuit dans la rue ne nous a posé aucun problème.Bref, nous avons adoré notre séjour et reviendrons sans hésiter !
