We love this hotel because it has beautiful Indoor gardens with a creek running through! Its very peaceful. There is lovely restaurant in the middle called "The Cabana ". The food is good but some dishes are quite Pricey! There is also a Sports Bar onsite and a good steak & seafood restaurant right next door. Rooms are clean but are fully carpeted. We always choose a King Bed room that is on the higher floors. It overlooks the gardens. The couches are vinyl covered but not super comfortable. Bathrooms are also on the small side. The LG TVs are a bit frustrating to navigate and have NO guide to the channel programming. Overall it is relaxing and the staff are always warm and welcoming.

Its great to stay but didn't like the washroom doors and there is no hangers in washroom to hang towels near shower and sink

Decent value. Hotel is older and a little dated, but it was clean and beds were very comfortable. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub facilities. Don Cherry's Pub had good food/drink specials and pool tables were fun. Breakfast buffet was basic but good, with great service.

I loved the atrium in the center it made it feel like a true staycation however I had baby bottles with me and so I made sure the room had a fridge which didn't even work.. we told the front desk and they just gave us ice buckets which was super inconvenient.. there was also someone else's undergarments found in the bedroom which led me to see that the rooms were not properly cleaned ahead of time.. the hotel itself is beautiful just wish there was some better accomodation and cleanliness but I will say the rooms were not dirty you just could tell some things went uncleaned.

Everything was great. Staff in restaurant was very nice. Kids enjoyed the pool. The only suggestion would be to keep the coffee available in the lobby for longer in the morning. Also maybe a to -go appetizer menu in the rooms for more casual fare.
