We loved our stay here. Nice quiet hotel with lots of room for our family of four. The pool was closed for the season but the hot tub was open and was We liked that it was out of the city but close enough to enjoy all the amenities still.

Scenery service right from the start! Applying the rules written/spoken, then, cleaning, extra towels, time extension... all easy. Haven't completed stay but so far, top notch! I don't expect any problems Competing: Excellent! Service was first rate, the rims were beauty, the bathrooms were well done and spotless. Yes! Fully satisfied, no complaints whatsoever!!! Oh... pool. Didn't try it! I wanted to but was too busy. Looked nice so it's all I can comment. I'd imagine it'd be as satisfactory as everything else. I gave it 5 stars for looks (appeared clean and well kept); I trust I'd have been happy and didn't want a degradation of the comfort I enjoyed from this stay!

The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were wonderful. It was not at all sound proofed, though....every step, every voice...it all echos throughout the room. So, if you're sound sensitive, this might not be the place for you.

Parking sucks. You cannot (guests) access the second floor by elevator. Even though the maid's use the elevators??? My wife has bad knees and having to use the stairs and having to walk around the building to get to your room is not acceptable. Parking you either have to walk up the road or walk down another road depending on where you park. Also, there are no lights on the upper parking area if you can even get parking up there.

This was a stop on our way through the Vernon area. Once we got there we wished we would have worked in a couple extra nights! The room was so spacious, clean and relaxing. We spent as much time as we could in the pool and hot tub area. We would definitely come back!

This is a hidden gem to be sure Great staff!!!! So friendly, and helpful each and everyone! Restaurant on property Food was amazing and staff too! Rooms very spacious Pool and BBQ area are great additions!
