The hotel was beautiful. They had staff that were eager to help with anything that came up. We were greeted every time we entered or exited the hotel. The room was a junior suite and lovely.

Fabulous hotel in a great location.

Fabulous hotel on the lake. Excellent location. Easy transport links to Montreux. Only grumble was a poorly fitted shower head which made showering a bit of a challenge. A small point in what was otherwise the perfect stay.

Quality More than we pay for a hotel, but as it was the end of the holiday, we thought we would. It was worth every penny. From the guy running the parking, reception and all the staff we Matt were both polite and helpful. Clearly, extremely well trained. We were upgraded to a terrace room overlooking the lake, which was absolutely fantastic as was the quality of all aspects of the accommodation. Definitely recommend anyone staying here. We will be back.
