Tv 📺 not good room nice clean okay for one night breakfast not good no decaffeinated coffee will look for something a lot more modern next time

Clerk was efficient without being personable. Room furniture was not up to the standard of a $130 room. No hot water. Sent us across the hall to get a shower. First room we were given was a smoking room.

Reservation was not honored as they sold out of rooms and it was a system glitch that reservations were still being accepted. Horrible customer service especially when you are exhausted from driving all day and finding out you don’t have a room for the night. No sorry, no let me see what we can do. Nothing. Will not use LaQuinta again.

I made the reservation for my boyfriend who is traveling to Texas. I booked the room, got confirmation and when he got there was told they were sold out. He had to look for over a hour to find something else. Not something you want to do after traveling all day. Very disappointed. The worst experience ever with Expedia. I hope there are no charges on his AMX.

Too expensive for standard/ OK stay
Posted Mar. 17, 2024 on HotelsUnable to reschedule my stay; free cancellation was nice but then I had to rebook at a higher price. Bed was comfortable. Hotel was quiet and in convenient location. Hotel seemed older (the side chair in our room was kinda gross) and kinda dirty, but laminate floor in room was new, yeah! Shower was great, hot and good pressure, clean. Breakfast was OK- juice, yogurt, powdered scrambled eggs, sausage, HB eggs, mushy hashbrowns, instant oatmeal/ grits, waffle maker/ syrup. Coffee was kinda sad, with just powdered coffeemate and clumpy sugar. Half & half would have been nice/ standard in my opinion. Pet friendly worked well- I didn't smell pet smell anywhere. Front desk was nice enough.
