Cute and homey hotel! Staff friendly with a delicious breakfast! We were given bottled water daily and the towels were super soft. Our room was close to the road, so we could hear some traffic. No elevator for our room on the 2nd floor, so we had to carry our bags up 2 flights, due to check in is a level down. Beautiful place to stay and I would stay again!

This is a boutique that is very quaint with lots of charm and character. The rooms are very stylist and comfortable. The breakfast is first cabin. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

It’s a beautiful, old Tudor style boutique hotel. All the extra touches were so appreciated- afternoon snacks, cookies in our room, free parking, comfortable beds. An amazing breakfast is included. The staff was so helpful and friendly.

Absolutely beautiful stay! Large room with fireplace was so worth it. Highly recommend. Best breakfast we’ve ever had in a Hotel. So close to Beacon Hill park which is a must do. Thanks everyone’s Abigail’s!

Old world ambience and charm, very tastefully decorated. Parking was easy and free. The 3 course breakfast was beautifully served and a very special treat. Staff excellent and eager to please. Beds were very comfortable with high quality bedding. Very nice selection of coffee and tea and afternoon snacks. Only drawback was no elevator in the Carriage House. We could easily walk to the waterfront, wide variety of restaurants and Craigdarroch Castle. Overall this is a great choice.

Staff is amazing, breakfast is included and just might be the best in Victoria. Walkable to DT and the harbor, this was our second time at Abigail's and wont hesitate to stay there next time we are in Victoria!

Beautiful boutique hotel. Complimentary breakfast is the best that I have had everywhere that I have traveled. Not for seniors with mobility issues as there are no elevators to 2nd and 3rd floors.
