Lovely stay
Posted Mar. 8, 2024 on HotelsLove staying at Hilton hotels and this was the best so far. It is a beautiful, clean hotel with everything you need right at your finger tips. When booking make sure to include the breakfast in your stay. Good buffet and even better make to order. My only complaint is the pillows. This is every Hilton i have ever stayed at, so nothing against this particular one. The pillows just deflate under your head. Will be bringing my own from here on out. Absolutely loved this hotel, and will be staying here again.

Room OK bath not so much
Posted Mar. 2, 2024 on HotelsSupposedly a handicap room,—- no grab bars, toilet is so low it is difficult to get up from, toilet paper is difficult to reach as well. Bathroom is not very easy to use for handicap

My apologies for the confusion, the website stated that wanted a hearing accessible room which is what you were given. Had we known you needed the other type we would have happily changed your room type for you. That said I am glad you were able to enjoy stay. Please come see us again and we would be happy to get into a more accommodating room.
