The reception’s people were very friendly and professional. Hotel room clean and comfortable. Easy walk to the harbor. I gave 4 of 5 stars because restaurant service was not friendly and took very long time. I think they are independent business but as they are located on hotel grounds Oswego team should know about it.

Fantastic stay for 3 nights

Jason the hotel manager was super nice. The hotel is in a fantastic location with easy walking to all the sights. I would highly recommend this hotel!

I love visiting places with old architecture but staying in modern hotels. And I absolutely would stay at the Oswego again. We were early so they held our luggage and had it delivered to our room after upgrading us to the king suite! Since there was a bath, get bath bombs from Lush and enjoy after a day of touring the city. It was a 5 min walk to Parliament and 10 to everything else! They have an amazing restaurant downstairs that you can order food from and dine in your room. The service was great and the views were lovely.

Loved the location.Quiet. Close to the hubbub, but not in the fray. Stayed five nights and having a nice living room with view of the neighborhood and a stove, refrigerator and dishes was a match for us. The room faced west and got warm. A room cooler was added as there was no AC (as disclosed by the venue). The room cooled off at night by opening windows.
