Luderna - Apartamento Era Sarreta

Era Sarreta is an exclusive property located in Betren, a few metres from the capital of the Aran Valley.
The house has been completely refurbished in 2018 with quality finishes and mountain decoration.

Distribution

With capacity for 9 people with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, Casa Era Sarreta is distributed over 4 floors and a private garage for one car.

The independent entrance leads to the living room, an open-plan space with a fireplace and large windows with views of the mountains and the Garonne river. Through the living room, a small staircase leads to the fully equipped kitchen.

On the second and third floors we access the sleeping area with 4 double en-suite bedrooms, each with a full bathroom with shower. The attic area is completed with two single beds.
On the upper floor, with sloping wooden ceilings, there is a second living area, equipped with sofas and TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime Video and Playstation with games.
