I really liked the hotel and its entire team is service, I just wish the bath towels were changed every day.

This is a beautiful hotel with a great view of the river. It is perfect to enjoy the river at night with a nice glass of wine. There is a subway station with 5 min walking distance. Something I learned about Austria is DO NOT forget to get your subway ticked stamped. Otherwise l, there will be a €120 fine waiting for you at your favorite destination, lol. Besides this minor incident , the hotel is marvelous and I would stay here again. The facility is clean, spacious, and it offers a l phenomenal breakfast.

This property is located just a short driver to the city center. The river view adds a very special touch to the place. Breakfast is excellent as expected. The hotel is a great place to relax with a glass of wine after the long walks in the city.

Although the hotel itself was lovely, the staff was great and the food as well, my 3 stars go to the fact that there wasn’t any WIFi available for almost 3 days. I was traveling internationally and was relying on the WiFI usually given to a guest, specially at a Hilton with its fantastic reputation, and it did not work for 3 whole days.
Basically, my entire stay in Vienna.
I went through many troubles because of this situation.
Everything else was fantastic.

Posted Jan. 4, 2024 on HotelsThe pool is not in use during winter months, had we known we would've chosen a nearer location to the city centre. Food was good and in big portion. The room and bed is big.
