We enjoyed our stay- especially the laundry and upgraded amenities. Only recommendation would be to have a guidebook available in the room in addition to the one shared at check-in. For international travelers, it wasn’t easy to follow multiple links online.

Numa Vienna turned out to be really good with everything that I was looking for including laundry in the apartment . Just be careful with the laundry cycle as we had one running for 8 hours :( The staff was helpful and there was safe luggage storage which we desperately needed . Overall Numa does not disappoint and we would definitely look for Numa wherever we go .

Very nice property. It is in a quiet neighborhood in walking distance to local attractions and parks. The AI CSR was effecient and answered questions quickly with accuracy. I will definitely stay here again.

The location was really good. A Spar grocery store was just down the street. A major shopping street (Mariahilfer str) was only a block away. Easy bus and subway access. I didn't care for the fact that most of the communication was through AI. I had a few issues with my phone and would have liked other options of getting in touch with reception . An intercom for example. Otherwise it was great. Room was very spacious.

We really enjoyed our 3 nights stay at Numa. Easy check-in/out, clean apartment, comfy beds and pillows, plenty of space, great location. The staff is responsive and helped us with everything we needed.
