The 2 rooms were very hot, we requested staff to lower temperature in rooms and they said that they recommend we seep with open windows and were not very helpful. Street was. very noise at 6 am. Will not return or recommend this hotel.

Check in was ok. Only one person working and he’s not happy; didn’t bother to ask for room upgrade nor the free tour promotion as stated in Expedia . Unfriendly service. Hotel location was great- across from the “Central Cafe”; a lot of eatery and landmarks near by. Room was spacious, clean but old. Check out the same, long line yet; only one working; almost missed my taxi ride.

This is the perfect place to stay. You can't go wrong. We had a wonderful time. The staff was amazingly helpful and room was spectacular. The heart of Vienna. Walking distance of virtually everything. We give it our highest marks.
