This is by far the best vacation ever ! The resort is very well organized , transportation is efficient to and from the airport . Food options were always fresh and delicious . Staff is attentive and kind always. They went the extra mile to make things special for my birthday !

Let me start off by saying that I am not one to write reviews.I read every recent review in the weeks leading up to our trip even the ones posted the day before our trip. We got back yesterday so this is a really recent review. With that said, my family and I had a great time at the Coconut Bay Beach Resort & Spa. Yes, the seaweed is a problem. However, we knew that going in. It is everywhere in the Atlantic and NOT the resorts fault. They do a great job of removing it so I will not consider that in my review. For starters, Shirlanda and everyone at the concierge were excellent. It pleasantly surprised me that even when we checked out yesterday, they asked about our son by name and had only met him the first day on check-in. Attie and Maxwell at the Adventure Desk were awesome as well. As for the excursions, we did not get to do any thru the resort. Everyone we booked, did not have enough people so the resort could not allow us to book them thru them. Therefore, we had to hire a taxi, and pay for it and the excursions ourselves. With that said, it worked out better in the end. Even with hiring a taxi for a half day and a full day, we saved a little bit of money compared to what we would have paid thru the resort. In addition, we got a more personalized, private tour. We saw and did more than we would have done if we went with the hotel excursions. Everyone at the resort was super friendly and said hello in passing which was nice.

We originally were booked here at harmony and it really wasn’t our vibe. We switched over to serenity at coconut bay and boy are we glad we did. It was worth every penny and we were treated like royalty. Very clean , 5 star cuisine, and the best team for all our needs. I will definitely stay here again.

The staff were all very warm and had a beautiful energy about them. They assisted when needed and gave you your privacy when needed. Our week there was filled with Fun Activities balanced with Rest and Relaxation. Our room and environment was kept clean and comfortable at all times. Will definitely be returning.

Unfortunately the seaweed kept us out of the water but the overall vacation experience was beyond what we had imagined!! The entertainment provided and the staff there were exceptional!!! The views and resort were beautiful and picturesque!!! Food was amazing!! If you’re looking for an all around fun experience and not just relaxing on the beach with crystal clear waters then this place is fit for you!! We stayed on the Harmony side which was much less busy and really enjoyed the sun beds and tranquil views!!! Our favorite island trip thus far!!

We had an incredible time at Coconut Bay! The cleanliness is amazing, everyone was super friendly and helpful. We stayed on the adults only harmony side but also had access to the family side which was nice as it offered bigger pools and a lazy river. The food was delicious at all of the restaurants we went to, but note that most of the dining options are not child free.

Really enjoyed our stay at Coconut Bay. The staff is wonderful. We enjoyed the food choices and the pools. The beach had a lot of sargassum so they had a shuttle to a nearby beach, which we really enjoyed. They had chairs and drinks for us at the nearby beach. For the most part, the drinks were good. We had a few that were not, but it’s all-inclusive so we just ordered something else. The shows and activities were fun. We really liked the petting zoo. Only problem we had is that the place doesn’t seem to have enough towels, both beach and bath towels. Kept running out.

I visited this hotel for the first time for my honeymoon and my husband and I had an INCREDIBLE TIME. The resort offers complimentary airport shuttle, and the proximity is great and quick. We stayed in the adult only side of the hotel and were given a "butler phone" which we could use to call for anything which was pretty cool. As a foodie, I am pleased to share the food was AWESOME- and the adult only breakfast spot is really good. The only and one thing I did not like is that the ocean outside of the property is on the Atlantic side, so the waters are dark, choppy, and happened to be covered in Sargassum at the time of our visit. However, there are so many pools, that I didn't miss the clear Caribbean waters too much, especially since we did venture out to the other side of the island one of the days. The room we stayed in was amazing, and the cleaning staff does an exceptional job.

This was a great all inclusive resort for the price! Do not go in thinking it’s Sandals or some other posh resort. If you go in with a good attitude and take it for what it is, you will have a great time. The rooms were clean, the food was good, and the pools were great! I’d recommend staying here!

Great resort, free self-service laundry. Bring your own pods in a plastic soap dish. Fabric sheets in a zip loc bag. Book your excursions there, they are very efficient with those. Book your dinner reservations when you get there. Silk and Calabash are upstairs in the air conditioning. Didn't go to the vegan restaurant. The Italian restaurant has fan but not air conditioning. Lovely resort and super nice staff. Waterpark closes at 5. Go see the petting zoo, take a few carrots or an apple. Gym was very efficient for anyone who works out. Be sure to fill out your custom form before going and print it makes the process a lot faster and smoother. Ask the front when the merchants are coming to the resorts with the possible souvenir's. Much nicer than going off the resort to buy them. Take advantage of the free shuttle to the other beach. This resort is on the Atlantic side so the water isn't crystal clear. We did the land and sea excursion. It was fantastic
