La atención me pareció muy buena, amables. El desayuno delicioso. Las camas muy cómodas. El edificio con mucha humedad, en la habitación el techo del baño se caía de la humedad. La pileta bastante sucia, incómodo que quede fuera del hotel ya que mis hijos salían con el pelo mojado. Lo único que cumplió mi expectativa fue la atención.

Un lugar de ensueño

Un sueño! Llegar al hotel fue entrar a un cuento de hadas. Mi hijo lo amó. Un ambiente familiar relajado, con personas jóvenes muy atentas en todo momento. Camas super cómodas!! Muy bien ubicado, cerca del centro, ambientes grandes, decoración de excelencia. Lindos senderos para recorrer en la cercanía.

desde la ruta de acceso a Villa el cartel indicador pasa desapercibido se debe estar muy atento. el espacio destinado a estacionamiento es incomodo. el hall de ingreso es oscuro y descuidado en su limpieza, ya en su interior la recepción es utilizada para otras actividades(pintura, colacionar y reunión) no cuenta con ascensor, la higiene de los baños de PB no es correcta y no hay toallas ni secador de manos, ni escobillas de inodoro.El lobby es amplio y cómodo. Cuenta con una cocina y comedor independiente para uso de los pasajeros que deseen elaborar sus colaciones. su aseo es medio. La habitación estaba en condiciones normales pero el baño con aseo incorrecto crasitud en mampara y bañera. el servicio al cuarto no fue realizado por "olvido" según el joven de conserjería. no cuenta con personal de limpieza por la tarde. Las mesas del restaurante no cuentan con mantel o individuales. quienes te atienden son amables,su imagen cambiaría positiva mente solo con unificar vestuario ( idénticas remeras simplemente y un identificador personal). volvería para saber si han madurado como hoteleros.

En general espectacular, por favor para el servidor yo soy Argentina vivo en Argentina y deseo que en las ordenes de alojamiento el precio sea en pesoso argentinos. NO en Dolares. La habitacion que nos toco tenia detalles de mantenimiento. Baño sin aplique para toallon en ducha. Inodoro con mochila en mal funcionamiento

Muy bueno para ir en familia por unos dias

Lo bueno: su decoración temática, el trato del personal, el área para cocinar, y la piscina (temperatura del agua óptima). Para mejorar: habitaciones muy chicas y ruidosas (nunca hospedarse en PB), vestuario de piscina reducido. Muy buena opción para ir con chicos por unos días.
