Pop across to the beach for a long walk in the early hours, or to watch the sunrise over Point Perpendicular, the perfect way to start your day!
The total sleeping capacity is of this property is 9 guests when travelling with children, however, if travelling without children then no more than 6 adults are permitted to stay.

This property is located in a quiet part of town. Please respect the neighbours.
You will be very close to world famous white sand beaches, stunning bush walks, a vibrant cafe, bar and restaurant scene, dolphin and whale cruises, surfing, fishing, wineries and much, much more!
Getting Around:
Getting around is easy with little traffic most of the year, great bike paths and pleasant walks everywhere. Public transport is limited, however there are quite a few taxis.

> Pricing
Please ignore the "Nightly Rate". Jervis Bay Rentals rates are calculated as a high fixed amount ("Property fees") followed by a much lower nightly rate. This allows you to add extra nights to your stay without adding too much to the total tariff (the longer you stay, the lower the average nightly rate). Unfortunately Airbnb doesn't compensate for the fixed amount in their calculation of the nightly rate. We apologise for this, and hope it will be corrected soon.

Outside of peak periods, early arrivals and late departures will be offered where possible.
> Parties, Functions and Gatherings
This property is surrounded by permanent residents and is located in a quiet part of town. Guests that don't respect the neighbours will be evicted forfeiting their full tariff and bond. If you are planning a party, please look elsewhere as we have a zero tolerance policy.
> What is Included?
Jervis Bay Rentals provide linen all year round. This includes sheets, pillow cases, donnas and blankets, bath towels, beach towels, hand towels, face washers and bath mats. We will have the beds made for you when you arrive.
The kitchen has all the pots, pans and utensils you are likely to need. There is surface cleaner, detergent, dishwashing tablets and dish cloths available as well as cleaning equipment for the BBQ. We also supply items like Gladwrap, foil, paper towels and tea towels. The pantry has all the basics (and often more!) including olive oil, salt and pepper, tea bags, coffee and sugar.
Bathrooms have (as a minimum) shower gel, hand wash, tissues and toilet paper.
There is laundry detergent supplied for the washing machine.
Cots and highchairs are available at no extra cost. Unfortunately the property doesn't have enough linen and towels for infants. Please bring your own if required.

We had a great time. The property is at a great location. A home away from home. The secure fence meant our dog had a great time also. I would recommend and we will definitely be staying again.
We absolutely loved this house and will definately be back
This house was lovely, it has everything you could want for a great stay, plenty of room for two families, clean and tidy and just a walk across the road to the beach. Elizabeth Rd can be busy, but didnât bother us. We loved it and will definately be back.
Very impressed with this house, although a couple of small problems, one, advertised as pet friendly, which is was except our smaller dogs could get under the verandah, not ideal. Just a couple of timber slats would solve the prob, two, the yard a bit untidy around the garage area, also hazardous to dogs, 3, the yard was not mowed, I know we have had a lot of rain but definately not unmowable, quite long grass in places.
Also, we could not get dryer to function properly, not a big issue, maybe user error lol!!!
Main bathroom grouting behind the double sink needs replacing, looks messy and unhygienic.
House is located on a busy road, for us personally, it was a downer. Also, the master suite upstairs needs a blind at the window at the top of the stairs, not sure if it was the light from the lighthouse or car head lights shining in.
Overall this place, was very well located to walking paths and close to Huskisson and Vincentia shops.
House was very well equipped, especially the kitchen.
Huge garage was a bonus and internet very good.
Would consider staying again.
