The staff were friendly, the room itself was clean. The shampoo/conditioner bottles were old and had gunk on them. The pool had been closed for 6 weeks for renovations, with no mention on the website of lack of availability. The room was not remotely soundproof. We could hear music from across the hall all night long. Whenever they opened their door (which they did frequently throughout the night) it sounded like our door was opening. Obviously did not get a good nights sleep here.

Clean, spotless room. The best staff I have ever encountered. Breakfast was like a real home cooked meal. We totally enjoyed it. Parking was easy. The workout room was working and spotless.
