Located on 4 acres of very spacious grounds with beautiful views on the south end of Grand Lake, Oklahoma. Surrounded by a beautiful 200 acre private property and water front. "There is always something to do."

This traditional lake house has an open kitchen and two living areas, the master bedroom is upstairs with full bath and deck. There are three bedrooms and four baths down stairs. The property can sleep 16 people on 10 matrices in the house.

Enjoy the view of the lake and property from three decks, with a hot tub providing one of the best views! There is a lot of space in this 3400 square foot house. "The pictures do not do it justice."

Included in the price there is access to:

A tree house on the property that has 2 twin beds and 2 "spaces" in the loft to sleep on, with play ground equipment for all ages. A spiral staircase provides easy entry. There is a window air conditioner that works well, and there is a separate fan to circulate the air in the tree house.

A sand volley ball court (non regulation) with lights and balls is ready for play.

A covered dock with diving board and ladder with three boat slips and a slip with float for a personal watercraft. A full size canoe with paddles is available for use any time. A 6 X 20 floating pad is available. Provided in limited amounts : life jackets, floats, and fishing gear.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is warm and inviting and the view was amazing. The Dock needs some work but we spent several days floating and swimming in the lake.

Everything was absolutely great. The house is beautiful, comfortable and everything was in perfect condition.The deck and all outdoors was awesome, great for fun with the family and relaxing on the decks.The dock could use some repairs but was functional and well equipped for fun through the day.Overall, amazing. Absolutely stunning property. The house is charming and with ample room for gathering or finding a quiet space off on your own. The house is full of art, books, games and you can tell many generations made memories there together. A truly special place. My team was there for work, so didn't spend much time at the house during the day but it was fully stocked and perfect for making delicious meals and getting a restful night's sleep.

Lovely home and property for a lake getaway! Huge house with plenty of room for 4 adults and 4 kids. Well stocked kitchen and a gas and pellet grill. The kids loved the lily pad and swimming off the dock! The hot tub was a huge hit too. We encountered lots of ticks but discovered it was tick season so we just kept a close eye on everyone and it was fine. Great spot for a lake getaway!

Thanksgiving getaway

Fun Vacation

This was our second year back and it was as good as the first! The home has lots of space for big groups to spread out and just as many amenities to keep everyone of all ages entertained. All at a fair piece and the host is very easy to work with and accomadating.
