I booked 2 rooms and prepaid on hotels.com when I got there took an hour to get another room even though I had receipt from hotels .com they stated yes they see 2 rooms and I paid for 2 rooms but hotels.com only entered one so made my 90 year old parents wait it out while they called hotels.com back and forth and hotels.com was hanging up on them , it was horrible shouldn't offer a 3rd party company to sale your rooms if not on the same page as them and tell me I have to call them which I did which got no where , total bad experience when I even called to verify reservation had emails showing 2 rooms etc I don't know what more I could have done on my part to make go smoother but shouldn't let a 3rd party site offer your hotel rooms if this is the way the 2 communicate

Rooms smell like smoke. I know to expect it in the casino, but couldnt sleep because the room was smokey. Maybe ill ask for a higher floor. I will definitely be back.
