Just perfect! Everything we needed for a fantastic beach vacation. Plenty of space for two families, a fully functional kitchen and bathrooms stocked with the essentials, a locker with beach supplies (a beach cart, chairs, a sun umbrella, beach towels). Beautiful clean linens, soft bath towels, gorgeous decor throughout the house, highly functional washer and dryer, laundry pods. The building is a few steps away from the beach, a local grocery store and a couple of restaurants. I mean, this was THE BEST vacation spot we rented this summer! Absolutely in love with this place and adding it to my favorite vacation spots for future.

Family vacation

We enjoyed the location and the beach during our vacation. The beds were comfortable. The unit was airy and comfortable. The furniture was clean and sufficient. The master bathroom was beautiful, but it did have a toilet that required some repair—the flapper was loose, and the toilet would run if not flushed carefully. As noted, the kitchen has good appliances, including a lovely washer and dryer. There are not a lot of cooking utensils, but it's not really a big issue. Thank you for a lovely week.

Fanatastic Stay

The penthouse was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had breathtaking ocean views from every angle. Plenty of room for our group to relax and enjoy. The location was ideal—steps from the beach and close to everything. The host was responsive and made check-in easy. Highly recommend for a luxurious stay in Virginia Beach!

Short stay but loved it!

I came down to VA to see my son before he left cross country. He was stationed at Dam Neck base which was only 15-20 min away. It was perfect. Craig the host was amazing with his reply’s and the unit is beautiful. It looks just like the pictures. If I ever come back to this part of town I will be looking to stay here.

Our group had a great time in your condo. Very clean, well appointed, comfortable beds, and a great location. We didn’t have the best weather, but we made the most of it. The beach access is easy and the beach itself is huge. We loved our stay here and will definitely be back again!

“Cheer”-y Stay!

While visiting the area for a cheer competition, we enjoyed this cute condo, it was the perfect size for everyone to get ready and not be on top of each other. The upstairs loft was a hit with the kiddos and grandparents alike! The air hockey table was the best. We loved using the kitchen to avoid eating out. Great views. It was the perfect little spot! Would love to visit again in warmer weather!

Sandbridge Beach Vacation

Beautiful condo - bathrooms and bedrooms were very clean and comfortable. The common areas (living room, dining room, kitchen, porch) were spacious and easily accommodated our family of 7, although they could use a deep cleaning. My son, daughter-in-law and grandkids stayed in the loft and it was perfect for them. The rest of the family was very comfortable in the first floor bedrooms. The pool was wonderful and the beach was a few steps away. I only had to contact the owner once (key code issue) and he was very responsive- issue was resolved within a few minutes.

Overall a lovely vacation home

Overall our experience was wonderful. The rental is spacious, nicely appointed. A wheelchair was able to get into and around the space easily. The balcony and view was great. There are plenty of seating options (though the sofa was not super comfy). The beds/pillows were comfortable and linens were of good quality. The upstairs loft was great, with its own private full bathroom, big tv, and a room with air hockey table. Every bathroom had shampoo & conditioner, body wash, plenty of towels, and quality toilet paper. The kitchen had basic items you would need to cook. There’s a Keurig machine with plenty of k-cups provided. They supply paper towels, dishwasher pods, and dish soap. There’s even a washer/dryer with detergent. The owner was accessible and provided more of what was needed. The pool is very near and beautifully maintained. It was never crowded and it had a shallow incline beach entry that’s great for kids. There are tables and plenty of seating around the pool. The rental supplied small beach towels and beach supplies, though the wagon & chairs are getting a bit worn (stuck wheels and broken chair straps). A beautiful, not-too-crowded beach is directly across the street, as well as a little market and good restaurant. PROBLEMS: There’s mold on the ceiling in a front bedroom and the front bathroom—our allergies were not happy and interfered with our enjoyment of the trip. The loft was well lit but noise carried upstairs, making it hard to sleep.

Very nice oceanfront unit

We did our yearly family sandbridge vacation at Sandbridge dunes. This was one of the nicer units we stayed at and Carl was a great host. He also lets you use his beach towels and beach equipment from the owners shed. Kitchen has all the appliances you need...We will use it again

Family and Friends Summer Stay

Pros: layout is great, spacious rooms, convenient to beach and pool, great market across the street for groceries and wine, loft upstairs was perfect for 6 kids to run around. Cons: Furniture was dated, appliances were not clean, master bath had sand and hair on the floor, couches had stains (and possible mites bc my husbands feet got all ate up when he took a nap on one), mold on bathroom ceilings, could not locate extra sheets. Overall we made due with what we had, and enjoyed ourselves. Based on the cleanliness, we wouldn’t stay again. The owner was great with providing information but the condo could use a good deep clean and upgrade.

Wonderful location and roomy property with loft

My family of 10 loved this property. With 3 king bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and a large loft, there was plenty of room (and bathrooms) for everyone. I loved watching sunrise on the balcony, sipping coffee. The Surfside Market across the street had fresh donuts in the morning, and twice we ordered delicious pizzas from the adjacent restaurant (ready in 15 minutes!). The beach was so clean, and the pool was delightful. We even had use of a wagon, beach chairs and an umbrella, stored in the garage storage room. Two covered parking spaces for our cars were so so convenient. Carl was very responsive and explained procedures clearly.

Amazing views!

Condo was absolutely lovely with fantastic beach view. Owner was very helpful and responsive. Recently remodeled master bath was spectacular! Cooking utensils were limited, might bring some with you if you’re planning to cook.

First time in Sandbridge. We’ll be back! Condo was spacious and location was perfect; close to the beach and the market/restaurant right across the street meant no car needed once we arrived. Breakfast and coffee on the balcony will be missed! Nicely stocked. Only critique was the kitchen and table tops could have been cleaner- sticky- (bedrooms and bathrooms were fine). Perfect get away, thanks for sharing your beautiful condo!

Great beach get-away

Wonderful location. Walkable to grocery store, restaurants, ice cream and of course the beach, 10 min drive to very nice part of town with large grocery chain and various restaurants and stores. Convenient two space free parking, rental comfy with beachy decor. Good assortment of kitchen supplies for cooking.Only suggestion would be oven mitts, unless maybe they were there and I missed them. Would rent again if back in area.

We loved the location! The access to the beach, the nearby shops and the restaurants were extremely convenient. The condo had plenty of space for our needs. It could use a little updating (i.e., screen door repair) and a more thorough clean in some areas (under the couches, shudders, fan blades, air vents, etc.), but overall it was nice. Carl was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Property Right on the Water

It is a large, top-floor condo overlooking the water. Nice balcony to see the sunrise in the morning and sunset at night. Clean with anything you might need including beach/pool towels. Often an overlooked pleasure, but the toilet paper was fantastic! No one likes the bad toilet paper we've come to expect at most hotels or rental properties. They do it right, all the details!
