Customer service is no good

I stayed at the travel lodge during the air show in oceana. When I Arrived at the hotel I was told I had two bookings. The person at the front desk canceled the booking. I was told by expedia that travelodge agreed to refund one of the bookings , but they never refunded it. So now I am paying for my stay double. The hotel told me that Expedia was to refund and Expedia.Told me the hotel was to refund. So i'm paying $416 for my visit when I should have only paid $208.

Filthy room. Smears and stains on the walls, food in the fridge, auto parts in the dresser drawer, moldy grunge in shower and toilet. Bad water pressure in the shower. Sagging mattress. No housekeeping the entire 3 nights. Had to go to the front desk for more dingy towels. Parking lot flooded when it rained.

Gross!

Awful and was completely non-refundable and this is after I DID NOT STAY in the last hotel I got off your site!! Couldn't even lay down. Had to book with Expedia the 3 days before this stay, after the 1st i had booked with you was ALSO DISGUSTING AND NOT AS ADVERTISED!

Good location

Check-in was a bit rocky, but otherwise a fine stay for a fishing trip. Room was clean and adequate. Close to restaurants and businesses.

Room was 75 feet from bar. Bathroom was dirty. Needs to be bleached. Had to kill a bunch of bugs nats before I could take a shower water pressure was horrible. I can piss stronger than it was.

We arrived an hour earlier, we were charged $40 to check in, then we found dirty sheet, when asked to change them, the receptionist told us they will not be replaced until 7 pm, the staff after 7 pm was very nice and helpful, in general the stay was ok.

Nice hotel except the neighbors

The property was clean and updated. The room was small but very comfortable. It's close to the beach (within walking distance). The only problem was a couple next door to us was having some sort of domestic dispute. But the police were called promptly and they were asked to leave. So it was actually a very small blip in our weekend.
