The apartment 702B, is very airy, with an excellent balcony, facing the sea, in Block B of the Ordones Pena Building, in Praia do Morro. It has living room, balcony, three bedrooms (one is en suite), two bathrooms, kitchen and service area equipped. It has two covered private garages. The condominium is located at Av Beira Mar, 988, near the corner of Av Paris and the monument to the Blue Marlin. Close to bakeries, restaurants, ice cream parlors, bars, supermarkets, ATM, taxi point etc. The apartment is great for family groups with children or not. Holds up to eight people.
