In Room 20, the air conditioning unit buzzed loudly whenever it was operating, and the bathroom fan sounded as though it was contacting its housing whenever I turned it on or off. I booked accommodation relying on your web site's assertion that the property provided a restaurant. That assertion has since vanished. On checking in, I was informed that the restaurant had ceased operating "after COVID" - and, in fairness, the receptionist told me she had not been at the property at that time, so could not give an exact date. This is perilously close to a breach of the Australian Consumer Law s 18, dealing with deceptive and misleading conduct, by advertising a service that is known not to be available. Please advise how Expedia intends to remedy the annoyance and inconvenience caused by its failure to provide current and current information.

This property has lost its soul. The sign out the front tells you there is a restaurant - not so. Rooms are perfectly fine and the property is well located for an easy stroll to great food.
