Kolea is a beautiful property within walking distance to A-Bay. The condo was very clean, comfortable and well equipped. Nice partial view of the bay from the lanai. Adriana with LUVA was very helpful and responded promptly to any questions. I would highly recommend this condo and plan to return again in the near future.

Beautiful and convenient!

This penthouse condo with 2 master suites was perfect for 2 adult couples. The condo was well set up and had everything we needed. Very conveniently located to everything at Waikoloa and the Kigali coast. The property management team was very helpful and responsive to any inquiries. This was our 2nd time staying in this unit and we definitely will return!

We just returned from an unforgettable stay at this beautiful condo in Hawaii, and it was everything we could’ve hoped for! The condo was incredibly clean, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect— a quick walk to the beach, pool, coffee and more. Plus, the condo provided everything we needed for beach days, including chairs, towels, and an umbrella! The hosts were fantastic, answering all of our questions quickly. Fantastic Stay!

The Kolea condo was truly incredible. One of the nicest places we’ve stayed and we travel quite a bit. Very spacious which made for a comfortable experience. Grilling on the lanai was a great dinner experience. Proximity to A Bay beach was great, especially with a toddler. We definitely plan on coming back!

Home away from home in Paradise

Spent 2 weeks with my family which includes spouse and 2 young children. The home was beautiful and well laid out for our family. The community amenities were excellent with the 2 pools and only 2 min walk from the gorgeous Aneaho'omalu beach where we saw several sea turtles while swimming. Communication was also excellent to clarify things on the day of arrival. They also provided a perfect recommendation for rental crib, wagon and toys for the kids and well stocked home with plenty of beach toys as well. A++

Excellent family condo

We had the privilege of staying at this property with our son and daughter-in-law. It was perfect for our family vacation. The property exceeded our expectations in every way. The location was within easy walking distance to the Kings and Queens shops (10-15 minute easy walk). We were a short 25 minute drive to the airport. Only 40 minutes to Kailua-Kona. The remodel was vey well done. The appointments were just what we needed. We especially liked the two master setup, with two ensuite bathrooms. The rooms were very clean upon our arrival. It worked perfectly for the four of us.

Amazing retreat

Amazing property and grounds. Pool and beach at your fingertips. Very clean and quiet and private as well. Property was well stocked with beach chairs umbrellas and towels as well as cooler if needed. Beds we’re comfortable and excellent to have BBQ on your own lanai. Can’t say enough. We’ll be back.

The condo is fresh and clean and a wonderful place to holiday however the amenities-pool-beach access-and beach was not. I recommend the home but would forgo the home association. Unfriendly staff.

The condo is beautiful, clean and well stocked. From the listing I was thinking that it was closer to the beach. We could see a sliver of the ocean from the lani which wasn’t a big issue because it is still a beautiful view. Grounds are gorgeous. Short walk to pool and beach. Close to shops and restaurants. We have stayed at big resorts in the past but really like the more relaxed feel of this condo. We hope to return to this very place in the future. Thanks for providing such a great place for us to stay.

The property was clean, large, comfortable. The grill right on the lanai is convenient and saved us a lot of money as we ate in most nights. All appliances were modern and high end. The only negative for us was the “ocean view.” The apartment is in the building in the complex that is furthest back from the ocean and the ocean view is small and in the distance.

Well equipped updated beautiful unit and grounds

A great place to stay while on the big island. Beach is protected and it is not far to the top beaches such as Hapuna. The grounds are immaculate and beautiful. It is a very quiet area although our neighbours were from a different planet thinking it was a party location! Don't expect this problem and seems like the were spoken to. Short walk to shops. Our morning included a walk for a coffee. The unit was very well stocked. Wine vacuum says it all. Skip the Keurig for real coffee is my suggestion but thanks for all the other thoughtful items. The welcome brochure had tonnes of great information. Very helpful. Great holiday....

A fabulous place!

We rented this condo for a week vacation and absolutely loved it! The location was perfect and beautiful. A short walk tot he pool and beach. The condo was exactly as listed- 2 master bedrooms, high ceilings, lots of light, clean and a beautiful view. Check in and check out was easy. We asked for a later check out and they completely worked with us. We will definitely be going back and renting this same place!
