The Hilton Waikoloa is a beautiful property but the parking fees are overpriced even if you are staying at the hotel and the walk or tram to the ocean towers makes this stay unsustainable for most. We will not return to Ocean Towers. Also, there was consistently no hot water in the morning hours.

Property was too spread out and made every destination a 15-20 minute walk, which was faster than the tram. Food locations had very limited hours of operation.

It's a huge property. There is a tram that can take you around the property, but don't be in a hurry. We had a great ocean front room in the towers, but it was 0.6 of a mile from our room to the front lobby. We enjoyed the walk around the beautiful grounds, but if your mobility is limited it could be a problem.
