Long-Term Rental: Stay up to 2 years. We are offering the option to sign a 6 month, 1-year lease then month-to-month. All utilities included with rent, as well as one complimentary mid-stay clean. This beautiful condo offers 2 bedrooms with King size beds (1 King bed can be separated into 2 single size beds) and 2 full bathrooms. This home comfortably sleeps 4. The interior living space is 884 sq ft. and the outdoor covered lanai space is an additional 183 sq ft. The total sq ft combined is 1067.
