We do have a small but colorful bird park and organic gardens: tours, feeding, fresh eggs, organic fruit and veggies by arrangement.
Genuine Mexican hammock, outdoor fire, 3 seating areas and lots of space for cricket,a kiddy pool,bowling -we also have lots of toys and a number of challenging little vehicles,trikes,body boards, indoor and outdoor games.

Only 5 min walk to beautiful Waimarama beach, popular in summer and winter for surfers, boaties and fishermen or take leisurely walks on the white sandy beach. Patrolled beach over summer months. Golf course, waterfalls and scenic walks all within 20 range . Well stocked local store with take away and off licence. Good Restaurant in village.

House is for a family, 2 adults,2-3 children; children under the age of 6 Years are free.
We can arrange catering for you and always try to accommodate any additional wishes to make your holiday a celebration of life.

If we are unable to replace a canceled booking the following charges apply: if canceled within 30 days of arrival then 50% of the total cost of the booking will be charged ,after that 100% of the total cost of the booking will be charged.,
- 1 night bookings occur an additional laundry fee of NZ$ 80.-
- Rent is for 1 family/2A+ 2K, additional adults charged at NZ $50.-/night
- 2 Children up to age 6 free.
