When adventure calls, head to nearby Johnson Point, a hidden local gem with its serene estuary perfect for swimming and kayaking. Take a stroll through the dunes at low tide to discover a secluded white sand beach that feels like your own private escape— truly a scene straight from a postcard. You can also walk or cycle all the way to Waipu Cove beach on a new purpose-built track next to the road which can be accessed from the driveway entrance.

All guests are advised to be careful on the deck with a 1m drop without an adequate barrier to prevent falls.

Although the property is pet-friendly, pets are not permitted on furniture and beds. Please ensure pets are secured outside if left unattended as the property is not fully-fenced.

There are 2 x kids life-jackets available to use with the kayaks but we do recommend that guests bring their own well-fitting life-jackets to ensure safety.
