Welcome to the Howard Street Haven! If you are looking for a great place to gather with family and friends then you have found it!
We encourage those who wish to rest and relax to peruse our delightful home! Our back yard is both tranquil and enchanting, as it features landscaped flower beds, a porch swing, and lazy sun lounges for those wishing to nap the day away. Plenty of room for your pets too!
Howard Street Haven is a whopping 3,900 square foot home that is spaced between three levels. Our main floor boasts a chef's kitchen with tile floors, granite counter tops, and all of the cutlery, pots, pans, and other assorted items that would be needed to feed a crowd. In addition, our formal living room and dining room are great areas to gather for meals and conversation, while overlooking the backyard.
Our home features four bedrooms and three full bathrooms. The design and layout of the home provides space for each guest; it is unique in that is provides ample room for families and friends to gather, everyone is under one roof yet not crowded.
The backyard features a HEATED pool and hot tub, great patio for eating and gas grill. It is a wonderful place to gather on a summer evening for dinner and cocktails, sit by the gas table fire pit or poolside with a good book. Our pool opens April 1st (heated) and closes October 1st.

Our home is updated and features wireless internet throughout the home. It is modern, yet charming.
We love our home, and we hope you will find it to be a gathering place you will want to return to year after year.

This home is a gem in Walla Walla! The entire home was immaculate. The kitchen was well appointed with everything imaginable. Pool and hot tub were extremely clean and we loved using during the hot days. The Host was extremely communicative and very quick to repond to any questions. This was one of our favorite rentals and we would love to come back! Highly recommend this home for anyone looking for a great vacation rental.

I was nervous as the picture were so pretty, waiting for the bait and switch - it never came! The place is beautiful!!!! The pool was lovely and refreshing, the place was clean, the kitchen had everything we needed and the location is excellent - close up downtown and across the street from a park. Safe area to walk in ( we did every morning), and two blocks from a EV Charger. Bedrooms were great and even the sofa beds were comfortable.We loved it! We have already booked next year!

Fabulous Home for Family & Friends

We were in Walla Walla for a wedding and had an excellent experience at our VRBO. Much larger than it appears from the street, the house easily accommodated two families. The house was very clean, with a well-stocked kitchen and great outdoor & indoor amenities, including pool, hot tub, fire pit and indoor games/hang out areas. We would definitely stay there again.

Amazing Stay

We were a party of 8 adults (3 couples & 2 singles). We were in Walla Walla for a wine release event and the house was perfect. Chérie was always super responsive and thorough before and throughout our stay. One of our singles utilized the room with a pullout bed with a door directly to the pool patio and he slept great. The privacy was excellent with the room setups. The kitchen was great for the cooking we did and, obviously, the pool/hot tub area was perfect. We will definitely stay here again, if available.

Fantastic stay

This was a perfect Walla Walla getaway. Great house layout with multiple floors and ample space for families, and the spacious backyard couldn’t have been better. We enjoyed the pool immensely during the hot summer days. Less than a 5-minute drive to downtown. Cherie was a wonderful host - communicative, generous, and extremely responsive for anything we needed. We would absolutely stay here again!

Lovely house, Very spacious

We found this house and it was perfect for hosting our family event. Plenty of space for everyone, fun games, amazing kitchen and bbq. The pool was perfect temperature for all day swimming. Very well stocked kitchen and perfect yard to enjoy the outdoors with heated jacuzi and pool, fire table and large patio table under cover. My grown kids enjoyed the basketball game downstairs and set a new record of 175 baskets before the buzzer!

Gateway to Heaven

If you want a comfortable, clean and private family getaway, this is your place. The pool, the jacuzzi, the firepit and the outdoor barbeque just compound the experience. The children loved the indoor playroom. Also, having the park right across the street, added greatly to the experience!

This house was a fantastic find! It was well-appointed, comfortable, and cozy for 5 friends during spring release weekend. The heated pool and hot tub were fabulous. Just wish it hasn’t been so rainy for the weekend. Located across from the park made it easy to get in our morning walk strolling through the neighborhood. Will definitely rent here again.

We traveled w/ six girlfriends, just for wine tasting, cooking, and hanging out. Location was great, plenty of spices/ingredients' in the pantry and bountiful kitchenware. The backyard is likely the best part, with a great pool, hot tub, firepit, and multiple hang out spots including outdoor dining. There are even 3 living room/great room spaces for entertainment! Hosts were also very responsive and lovely.

Truly a Haven!

This house is beautifully furnished and well-stocked! Kitchen is large and has all the right stuff to prepare a meal, if you are not eating out at one of the many fabulous WW restaurants that are nearby. The backyard is a true haven with a large pool, dining area and firepit seating. A hot tub too! 5 stars!

One of the best VRBO's ever

This house was amazing. Clean, spacious, beautifully landscaped, room for a great wine gathering/tasting head quarters and had all the bells and whistles. Not only will i recommend this to everyone i know i will definitely be staying here some time in the future. Worth every penny!

Outstanding in Every Way

Our family had a wonderful time at Cherie's wonderful home. The home was spotless and has everything anyone would need for a relaxing stay. Communication and responsiveness was outstanding. The kids "lived" in the pool and the way the home is layed out allowed the kids to play in the basement level while the adults could visit/read/relax on another level. The location is very close to downtown (~1.5 miles). The only (very) minor complaint would be the busy intersection and all the cars that need mufflers fixed that passed by into the evening hours. Recognizing that it's a college town and it was a Fri/Sat night we thought that was probably normal. Thank you Cherie for your generous hospitality! Highly recommend this VRBO!

The perfect group or family house!

We loved this house. We had 6 adults including my 80 year old parents and a dog! My niece was at ballet camp so my family made the weekend of it and all drove out to Walla Walla to pick her up and celebrated my birthday and my dads 80th birthday. The house was perfect! Just like the photos. Such a great backyard, we love the pool and we ate all of our meals outside at the table on the deck. So comfortable. Great kitchen for cooking large family meals. Rooms were great, beds comfortable and the multiple living rooms were great. We also loved playing in the basement. Incredible location. We want to come back. Highly recommend this house for groups or family. Very well maintained and great function.
