This beautiful Cabin is located on 15 private acres outside of Walton, New York just a 2h 30 min drive away from George Washington Bridge. Perfectly tucked away and surrounded by woods in the Western Catskills you will find this recently updated gem featuring vaulted beamed ceilings, big windows and skylights, wood-pellet stove and many modern amenities.

Watch the sun rise over the mountains on the porch or the stars at the fire pit, or enjoy a glass of wine on the patio. There are plenty of places – inside and outside the Cabin – to relax and unwind. The glass-encased sunroom invites you to enjoy outdoor views of nature even in the middle of the winter. Located near lots of outdoor activities, antique stores and small towns to explore.

--The Space--
Cabin-style home featuring an open kitchen/dining and living area. 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, lounge chair and small desk. Second bedroom with queen bed. Third bedroom with twin trundle bed. The shared bathroom has a shower/tub combination. Washer/dryer are available on the same floor.

The large kitchen is fully equipped and includes air fryer, Kitchen Aid mixer, Nespresso machine, coffee grinder and French press.

Even though there is a Smart TV and Internet in the Cabin, we have plenty of board games and books to unwind.

Outside there is a covered porch with a swing and seating to enjoy views of the pond. There is a patio with a pellet grill/smoker during the warmer months for the perfect BBQ. Also a fire pit with comfortable Adirondack chairs for those starry evenings with roasted marshmallows.

When bringing children, please keep in mind that there is a pond on the property which is not fenced. We have towels for children, a junior chair, bathroom step stool, foam bedrail bumpers for the twin bed and books for children available.

Parking is available next to the Cabin.

The Cabin is located at the top of a hill. Driveway and access road are packed gravel. 4-wheel drive or all-wheel drive is necessary during the winter months.

There is a potential for black bears in the area. We ask you not to leave any food or garbage outside. Please be sure to always check for ticks in the summer months.
