The room was thoughtfully furnished and everything you could think of was provided. The room was updated with a very nice bathroom. The receptionist was lovely.

Found blood and pubes on the bathroom floor. Other than that, the room was comfortable and clean.

Hi Steph,Sincere apologies about that, you should have told me and I would have personally gone and clean it for you straight away. We only had 1 cleaning staff and myself rostered on Monday therefore we had 16 rooms to clean on Monday. Apologies about the inconvenience that have caused.Kind RegardsRainbow

This was a wonderful place to stay! Nice sized rooms. So many little things-even a little dishwasher! You could stay here nicely for a longer stay. Wanaka is beautiful! Pleasant staff.

Our one bedroom apartment at The West Meadows motel was exceptional with brand, new modern furniture and top-of-the-line appliances. There was a separate bedroom with a very comfortable king size bed, and television in the bedroom. There was a second television in a large comfortable living space that also included a stereo system for music. We stayed on the second floor, and even though there are no elevators, there is a separate parking lot upstairs so that you can simply wheel your luggage into your bedroom. The shower could benefit from replacement of the showerhead as the water spray could not be directed and was spread too widely but otherwise we had no complaints. The laundry on the grounds was clean and worked well. The motel is located on a major road so we slept with the windows closed and it was quiet. it is a short drive to downtown. We would highly recommend this motel and Wānaka.
