les chambres auraient besoin d un serieux rafraichissement.....

Bad service with old facility
Publié le 30 juill. 2018 sur ExpediaStaff did not pay attention during check in, she just gave me a key and let me took luggae to my room without checking with her team. When i was at room, i had found that my room had not been cleaned yet. Only maid that I found at room did contact hotel staff to change new room for me. Very bad service.
The bed was uncomfortable, the spring in the bed hit my back during sleep.

Big Hotel, Relaxing Environment

Do not expect fancy decoration and well equipped washroom, but it is definitely usable.
I enjoyed the outdoor environment
