Pleasantly surprised

The clerks Mandy and Jennifer Extremely polite accommodating and knowledgeable. I always had my questions answered and my needs met. Maurice and Nicole great houskeepers always pleasent and helpful. And last but not least a special shout out to security/maintenance, Chad efficient and professional. I truly enjoyed my stay and recommend the Ramada if your looking for friendly down to earth atmosphere.

Our room had a shower faucet that leaked all the time, quite a bit of water. Our bed was so soft we sunk in it and the room carpet was musty. The fire alarm beeped so much they had to come and remove it because they could not fix the problem.

Staffing was ok but the facility conditions needed to be updated.

Mr Thomas was exceptional during breakfast. He made my pancakes. I didn’t like the dirty hallways around the property. Carpet smells bad.

I did not like the end of town that it ended up being and didn't feel real safe in my room. The room did not have tissue nor did the refrigerator work that well nor did the TV work. not going again.
