I tried to check in at 4:00 (an hour after the allowed time), and they told me I was going to have to switch from two queen beds to a king bed. I told them that wouldn’t work as we had three people she my reservation was for two queen beds. They said I could try check in again in a few hours. We came back at 8:00 pm, exhausted, wanting ti go to our room and they said it still wasn’t “flipped” or clean. We waited in the lobby with all of our luggage for 30 minutes. No one was apologetic or even really concerned about the situation. When we finally got to our room, it was clean and comfy. We tried to go to bed at about 10 pm and had full on hallway hockey games happening above us, below us, and outside of our door until after midnight.

Your feedback is also important as we strive to make improvements to ensure quality stays for our future guests. We were at 100% capacity and short on queen rooms; one just happened to open up due to an early checkout that afternoon. Unfortunately, we were delayed in cleaning since housekeeping had already departed for the day. Our AGM worked to get your room done as fast as possible. We apologize for the wait to get into the room, but happy you were satisfied with the results. We will continue to work on policing hallways during our hockey weekends. We would greatly appreciate the opportunity to regain your trust as a valued guest with a return visit in the future.

Great stay! Breakfast was awesome!! Pizza was really good. Lounge/Restaurant/Bar (all one place) really spacious with many TV's and outlet charging for phones, laptops etc. almost everywhere you sit. Pool, hot tub and sauna excellent! You won't be disappointed!!!
