très pratique pour aller à washington le seul problème c’est l insonorisation: on a entendu les sirènes de la rue

People at the front desk were helpful and smile. Housekeepers cleaned our room the 1st day and we had a problem with a clothes which has disappeared, I talked to the front desk who told he would help but it’s not their responsibility… I tried to talk to the housekeepers and they don’t even answer to good morning( the same for the woman of the breakfasts, she’s awful). After 2 days they finally found the clothe but we asked for the cleaning of our room not to be done again, we were afraid something to disappear again. The hotel is well situated 800m from a metro station, clean but old stuff. Breakfast is ok.

Nous avons aimé : le parking protégé, chambre spacieuse, petit petit-déjeuner correct (salé sucré) Nous avons pas aimé ; la froideur du personnel et le chauffage bruyant.

J’ai apprécié l’hôtel avec ma petite famille. Chambre propre, lits confortables et petit déjeuner inclus correct. Je recommande l’hôtel!

We appreciate your positive review and recognizing Atmosphere, Informative and Caring Safe environment, Location, Value, Cleanliness, Staff, Our Famous Full American HOT Breakfast Buffet, and not to forget our Beautiful Exterior Swimming pool. our Hotel's Location, Location Where we are minutes away from George Mason University and 25 minutes’ drive to Washington D.C. We are off 66-Interstate Highway. City Service Cue Bus connects from our Door Steps to Metro (Vienna Station (orange line). One can take bus from Vienna Metro to NYC direct by using gobuses or bestbus. We have variety of restaurants and convenient stores walking distance including but not limited to 24 hours IHOP. Fairfax County Court House, Fairfax Hospital. We offer variety of menus of places how can deliver to your room. We can accommodate from a car parking to a commercial vehicle at no charge. One can also use City “Cue Bus” which stops at our Door steps and can take you to Metro. Metro also has free parking on weekends if you plan to drive there.

Very bad experience

Would never recommend this hotel: cockroach in our room, the AC in the elevator was smelling cheese, same for the glaucous fitness room, the corridors' wallpaper are in bad condition, even the ceils of the corridors and of the rooms seem dirty. In our room, the shower was leaking, the non-skid layer in the bathtub was detaching, the venting of the bathroom was really noisy, some metal parts of the bathroom were rustied, the mattress was way too soft so it was really incomfortable to sleep together in the same bed, our keys have stopped working overnight, the breakfast was composed by low cost food as a majority. The overall impression we've had is a dirty low cost hotel. Some good points: the bed and bath linens was clean, the hotel has a free car park and is located at 10 min walk from the metro station that will lead you to DC in 20 min. Even for the price, i would not recommend this hotel. I absolutely don't understand how this hotel can be that well rated... I travel a lot and spend 3 to 4 weeks per year in different hotels around the world and I can assure you i will remember this (bad) night. Note that the manager of the hotel as taken my concerns about the cockroach in consideration and would have changed my room even late at night if i had asked for it. I did not as it was very late, we were tired and the overall look of the hotel was telling me that an other room would not have been better... That's my guess, I haven't checked other rooms.
