reservations with Hotel.com

to all who are making reservations with Hotel.com prepare yourself to encounter major problem. I had a confirmation number and letter but when I came to the hotel they had no record of it. The hotel didn't want to honor my reservation and I arrived late in the afternoon after a long drive to find out I have no room. Called Hotel.com for help but they did nothing except keep me waiting on line for an hour. Never again will I use Hotel.com. BTW another family was standing at the counter with the same problem after booking through Hotel./com

Good hotel but parking was terrible. Unable to find parking spot and took us forever to find a place to park in the garage and it was so tight we were afraid our car will get scratch
