The room we had for the first 2 nights had horrible water pressure.

Great location. Block and an half away from the metro. Surrounded by restaurants and great view of the wharf. Staff was pleasant and friendly. During our stay there was a shortage of towels. Yes towels. Requested twice and got towels from the pool. I was thankful for the person who tried to help us and got creative. I have no complaints about the staff. All were great. Breakfast is included, there is not enough room for everyone to sit and eat. We paid extra for a hotel with a pool but the pool is not open until end of May.

Terrible sleeper sofa. Room was very small for family of 4. Ice maker in hallway had water rushing constantly!

The room was too cold No way to adjust temperature 65 in room even though we set to 72 Sofa bed mattress was basically all springs Most uncomfortable bed ever slept on. When asked staff they said agreed would of been nice to tell us that🙁 Left a pair of shoes in room after check out when called about them they mysteriously disappeared Claiming not in room

On the waterfront with great views and great selection of dining. Within reasonable distance of tourist attractions.
