L'hotel est tres bien situé a 10 minutes a pieds de la maison blanche ,a besoin d'un rafraichissement general tres vieillot

The property was nice, and clean, and the staff was accommodating and friendly, but the valet service wasn't up to par. We waited for our vehicle for a long time and had to go to the office to ask where it was at. The staff didn't get our text, and was playing on their cellphone. We were late for our night tour of DC, and they left without us.

The staff (Allen and Christina) were extremely courteous and professional. The food is always excellent and the bed was very comfortable. Also, the ease of getting to and from the airport is a huge benefit! The Hyatt in Crystal City has become our "go to hotel" when we visit the DC area!
