They give me free drinks coins at the check in but they still charged me for my drink and tip twice, the bartender kept talk to his coworker never looked me in the eyes and took very long time to attend me for ordering. Left cash tip and the coin and also left my room number and signed the check, after checking out I received charge in my card for a drink and tip.

Way too small, shower amenities sucked, could hear everything due to the thin walls. Wouldn’t stay here again. Also, parking is not included like it says. It’s $60 for valet overnight

Bathroom was inoperable in room 511. Contact front desk sfter three attempts someone andwered daod they would send someone. No one nerver came. Went downstairs another person at the desk avcomdated us with room 711. It was nice but we discover the thermostat didn't work so cold room.
Overall. The first person lied about sending someone to fox toloet or to accomdate us.

The place was perfect for our two night stay and right in the middle of everything but the best was the staff. Absolutely amazing. Thank you for an amazing time in DC.

I really enjoyed this beautiful property. It was truly stunning, comfortable, and everything I could have wanted in a hotel room.
