Zion`s Gate I is a beautiful 4 bedroom 3.5-bathroom townhome in Southern Utah. Conveniently located off I-15, Exit 16, and is a short scenic drive directly to Zion National Park and 5 minutes away from downtown St. George. The neighboring home is identical and can be rented for an extra-large group – see Zion`s Gate II. The perfect place for your next Southern Utah getaway with family or friends!

The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge, and small appliances including a coffee maker and blender as well as all the needed dishes, utensils, and basic cooking items to make your stay just like home! The space is fully furnished with comfortable high-quality luxury furniture and linens. There are four bedrooms, but a bean bag sleeper pulls out into a queen-sized bed in the TV room. The home has a small backyard equipped with a natural gas BBQ and seating for 12. It also has a front courtyard with additional seating. This property has all the amenities needed for a relaxing vacation and is fully stocked with all the essentials. The complex has access to two beautiful pools (heated all year round) and hot tubs that are a 5-minute walk from the home. There is also a clubhouse that has games, foosball, and a gym! The Clubhouse can be rented to groups. High-Speed Internet - 500mbps fiber. Smart TVs are available on all TVs.

The pools (heated year-round), hot tubs, and community center are open from 7 am-10 pm. There are pool towels for you to use in the cupboard of the laundry room.

The kitchen is fully stocked and includes wine glasses, a coffee machine and filters, a crockpot, an electric griddle, children’s plastic dinnerware, a tea kettle, and a selection of basic spices and oils.

Check-in is 4 pm. Check-out is 11 am.

For groceries and supplies, the Walmart in Hurricane (10 minutes east on SR9 at 3400 West) is less crowded than the one in St. George (10 minutes west on Telegraph St or I-15 south exit 10). However, in St. George, there are many other shopping options as well as restaurants, parks, and theaters.

There is a garage door opener and pool key fob hanging above the computer desk in the kitchen. Please return items there upon departure.

This home is NOT pet-friendly.

Great place just needed some cleaning

We have rented this property before and the one next door. We love coral ridge. However the place seemed a little run down. Carpets were very dirty especially in the master with many large dirty spots. Floor boards especially in the bathrooms looked like they had not been dusted in months. Also the bathroom rugs were stained and seemed dirty. Not typical of how it has been in the past. Other than that it was great. Close to anything you want to do.

Good location, good house

Very nice house in a good location. It had the amenities we needed. The door hadn't been reset for me to login so we called in and tried some other things and eventually they gave us a garage code number and that worked. The listing said that there were 2 couch beds and both were broken and unusable. The listing also stated that there were 2 bean bag type beds and there was only one. So we had to figure out where everyone was sleeping, so we're not very happy about that. Nice house, easy access to the freeway, quiet neighborhood.

Was a wonderful place to stay, despite a couple issues.

The whole place was very nicely decorated, clean & a nice open floor plan for lots of people to gather. Back area had 2 big tables for outdoor eating. The grill was dirty, someone didn’t clean it, so that was real gross. Also, that sofa bed that is advertised is not usable at all, mattress is ripping apart & springs are coming through and frame is all bent & messed up. Topper provides for it, wouldn’t even help at all. We had to take a bunk mattress & use it on the floor. Which was very inconvenient. If you are planning on using that, dont plan on it. They did try to bring an air mattress though. Definitely need to replace the sofa bed. The kitchen was amazing & big, but didn’t really have any good pots or pans for cooking, couple tiny ones, which we had a bigger group, so definitely would suggest having better options for that. Had no dish soap either. Again, for the most part, everything was great, if they changed those things, definitely would stay again, lots of extra towels was awesome too. Overall good place to stay.

Luxurious Property with Plenty of Space!

My family loved this property and couldn't help taking notes on ideas for our own houses. It was gorgeous! The rooms are huge and have a multitude of sleeping options. It was my family (6) and my sister's family (6) and we had multiple beds go unused! The mattresses and linens are high quality and the kitchen tools are excellent. We were able to cook full meals without needing to improvise for lack of proper tools. My husband ran the Zion 100, and our drive into Apple Valley to access the race was easy. Upon finishing the race, he hopped in the community's hot tub and then passed out for the day in our comfortable king memory foam bed. There were lots of extras in the house, like sand toys and board games, which the kids appreciated. We contributed a few things to the house upon leaving. The manager of the listing was extremely helpful and available consistently throughout our stay. She even contacted me the week prior to offer us an extra night due to a gap between the guest before us and our stay. You will not be disappointed with this property!

My group and I absolutely loved our stay at Zions gate! Natasha was easy to communicate with and had great instructions for check in and check out! The pools were awesome for my young kids but are also great for adults and older kids! Loved our stay and would recommend to anyone looking for an awesome getaway!

Summer Vavay

We had a great time this weekend in southern Utah. This property had everything we needed for 4 families with children between 3-16. Lots of space for all to move around the house as well having access to the pools was great. The property manager Natasha was available for us when needed which made our feel more comfortable staying in this place. Definitely recommend if visiting Zion or Sand Hollow as both places are very close by.
