Rooms were clean and smelled fresh , tv needed some more channels but I guess only a few your not in there very much , I was happy with my stay

Room was clean there were only 1 set of towels and only one hand towel. The desk person was not friendly and only provided info if you asked or requested it. Lastly the fact that I booked online it was considered at way in and required a $50 deposit.I stay at other Quality Inn and booked the same way and have never been charged a deposit,

The property was paving the parking lots both in front and behind the motel. Had i been aware of this before booking, i would not have stayed at this property. Because of this, there was no easy way to access my room since the lots were roped off.

Smoke decetor was ripped off the wall. Toilet seat was barley attached and the bathroom door knob was hanging off. Actually the room was clean though!

I drove 2 hours from New Jersey to Connecticut to attend my cousin’s wedding with two small kids and I just wanted to spend the night for couple hours. When I approached the front desk to check in, this young Indian dude goes to me “oh we only have one room left but it’s smoking” and I confronted him proving him that I am not a smoker and I didn’t request that! He was rude and says to me ok you want your money back after I drove 2 hours with Two small kids! Not to mention how dirty filthy this hotel is! This is a pure definition of a dump for a hotel in a third world country! Stay away from this so called hotel!

Bah humbug.

The signage to get into the parking lot was less than desirable. Once in, there was no sign over the door to indicate an entrance. The clerk neglected to mention that our room was on the other side of the building and that we should move our car there.

While confirmed, the staff informed us when we arrived that they weren’t able to give us our room since they had not received payment from Expedia. Expedia refunded us the amount. We did not stay at the hotel. It also appeared to be a motel, and not in great condition.
