No hot tub, mold growing behind the toilet, garbage wasn’t empty, shower head was terrible, no pressure. For what we paid expected more for breakfast. When we arrived the guy was very short.no I would not stay again

The girl that checked me in was very rude. It was like I was interrupting her. I stopped in at 1;30pm and asked if I could check in early and she said if you give me an extra $25. I came back at 3pm. she was just as rude then. Otherwise the room was ok. toilet ran a lot

The checkout kiosk was a terrible experience after a long day of travel. While it wasn’t the remote agent’s fault, it was hard to hear and took SOOO much longer than if there was a local employee behind a counter per usual. I’m certain someone local to this town would do that job. It makes me think Baymont chooses to save money on US employees rather than provide a good experience to customers.
